🔁 Alternative sizes and chains
The size 460x102x56 should only be replaced with the same size: 460 mm width, 102 mm pitch and 56 units. It is not recommended to use close sizes such as 460x102x51, 450x102x56, 457×101.6×56, 457×101.6×51, 460x102x56C or other ASV / CAT / Terex Positrack variants, without checking on the old circuit.
In some catalogs, the size may be written as 460x102x56, 460 x 102 x 56, 460-102-56, 18″ 460x102x56, 457×101.6×56, 460x102x56 PT, 460x102x56 Positrack or RT46010256. The meaning remains: width 460 mm, step 102 mm i 56 units.
With this item it is especially important to check PT / Positrack inner guidance. At ASV, Terex and Caterpillar Multi Terrain Loader machines the chain may be different from a standard metal core CTL chain of similar dimensions. Therefore, this size should not be replaced by another profile or construction variant without a physical check on the old circuit.
Before ordering it is important to compare the inscription on the old chain, the width, the step, the number of units, the inner guide, The OEM number and model of the machine. Difference in width, the step, the number of units or the internal guidance can lead to a difficult installation, incorrect tensioning or accelerated wear of the running gear.
